All Greenbrier property
managers have years of experience in specialized areas. When you
place your investment with GPI, a team of professionals headed by an assigned
Property Manager oversees the details and provide all the care and
attention of a small, hands-on company, but backed with all the
resources and experience you expect from a multi-million dollar
organization.
To assure you the peace of
mind that your investment is being well cared for, Greenbrier
property managers are supported with a team of Field Supervisors,
Assistant Property Managers, and one of the most advanced
property/financial management computer programs available.
One of the many advantages
of GPI is in-house maintenance. That means we give our property
management clients reduced labor rates for maintenance and turnover
work on their property. We are also set up to provide 24-hour
emergency maintenance including nights, weekends, and holidays.
We can handle all
"routine" legal proceedings and collection issues with
in-house staff and have negotiated a reduced hourly rate through our
corporate attorney. Many have chosen the Total Property Management
Services, although we do offer alternative services for a reduced
fee. We can also customize our services to meet any special needs
that a client may have.
